Our Juicing Technique

All of the plants are cut from the stalk, making sure not to juice any unneeded starch. No centrifugal juicing, which oxidises. It's then masticated in a water base. Next, hand sieved under pressure. Only the best plants are chosen, and discoloured pieces with no cholyphyll are discarded. Refrigerated right away, bottled for transport and delivered the same day.
